Happy Birthday Virgo and Libra Natives!! This is an important month for relationships! For much of September, the Sun, Mercury and Venus are in Virgo. Planets in Virgo emphasize logic, order, perfection and practicality, hard work and details. They analyze things and dislike imperfection. When planets transit through Virgo, you become aware of shortcomings and may call attention to them. Such criticism can add stress to any relationship. To avoid problems, praise other people's positive actions and admirable traits, instead of pointing out faults. Show love to all! :-) There is a bright side to planets in Virgo. They can enhance thinking, communication, and other mental activities, and help you put practical use to all your mental and physical resources. Virgo planets are especially helpful for students or people in jobs that require precise thought. The month begins with four planets continuing their retrograde motion: Jupiter is retrograde in Taurus; Uranus is retrograde in Aries; Neptune is retrograde in Aquarius, and Pluto is retrograde in Capricorn. But, Pluto ends its retrograde period and moves direct on the 18th Needless to say, this is a rather unsettling time if you try to hold on to your naturally critical ways, yet this retrograde energy can open your heart if you're willing to trust your emotions instead. Logical thinking, good timing, and attention to detail are important the first three weeks of September as your ambitions and public life are in the spotlight. But, when Pluto turns direct on the 18th the metamorphosis that began over a year ago starts to radically transform your outer world and your creativity is at a high point. So, let the creative juices flow. All of your life is affected and your charm goes a long way toward getting what you want when sweet Venus forms a nice aspect to Mars! Enjoy! Financial matters continue to be key as you critically assess resources and investments. This is an excellent time to spend money on training or equipment that will advance your career; just do your research carefully to be sure your decision is based on reason, not emotion. This month's New Moon occurs on the 27th as the Moon is traveling through Libra at 6:08am. The New Moon is a time for original thinking and compiling a written wish list for the month which should include: success, taking charge, reaching goals, setting priorities, being sensible and aware of opportunity. It's real purpose is to peel away your uncertainty and push you to set new priorities. Remember: Respect is a two-way street. The Full Moon is on September 12th at 17º19 Pisces 4:26am is supersensitive and reminds us to not take on else's burdens but to see your desires come to you. Be as kind as you can, but don't allow sentiment to contribute to a decision you will later regret. Happy Birthday Cancer and Leo Natives!! Your connections with others, especially close family members, will be at the forefront of your attention this month. You will begin to become more aware of what people mean to you and how you are handling them. On the 1st a Solar Eclipse occurs at 9°Cancer and the effects of which will be felt for the following six months. This eclipse signals that your individual pathway to success will depend on your empathy and willingness to play a nurturing role with others. You will be learning about how to be emotionally responsive to others yet not take their feelings personally. Issues such as self-identity versus relationship interaction are discussed. Pluto energy gets in the mix and is telling you that you need to take practical as well as professional concerns into account. This could lead to changing your profession - or at least changing your approach to it so that it is a truer and therefore happier expression of your own nature. Uranus in Aries goes retrograde on the 9th and issues in your life begin to get a little confusing as your focus shifts from outwardly expressing the new energies you are experiencing to feeling a need to pull inward. You will want to spend time evaluating the new identity that seems to be emerging within you and the direction in which you want to go next in your life. The urge for directness and self-assertion will be easing a bit as you work at getting more in touch with the needs of your identity. It is a matter of what battles you want to fight, what purposes are important to you and what parts of yourself you want to experience satisfaction and fulfillment. Mars in Gemini is the time to get disciplined about doing what is necessary at the same time make great headway via clear communications in important relationships. This month there are Two New Moons! The day a New Moon occurs is a Power Day, a day favorable for new beginnings. This is a day to take pen in hand and compile a wish list of things you would like to have happen in your life. The first occurs on the 1st at 3:55am in Cancer. This New Moon is also a Solar Eclipse! The Solar Eclipse occurs at 4:54am at 9°12' Cancer and is very powerful for creating, achieving new goals and correcting the course of your life. All Cancers and Capricorns will feel this very strongly. Depending on where this Eclipse falls in your particular chart will determine how this will affect all of us. The Second New Moon occurs on the 30th at 1:40pm in the sign of Leo. Make your 'wish list' include children, fun, play, vacations, pleasure, risk-taking romance, and creative will! The Full Moon occurs on the 15th at 4:14pm in Capricorn and brings financial news! A Full Moon occurs when the Sun and Moon are opposite each other and brings what was begun at the New Moon to fulfillment. The news you receive may be a bit challenging, but a change in attitude will help turn things around. You will see what you didn't see before as the light of the Full Moon shines the truth. Happy Birthday Gemini and Cancer Natives!! An eventful month lies ahead with many, many changes (and surprising ones at that) going on now. There are contrasting patterns of stability and instability that will keep us on our toes this month as we begin the month with a New Moon Partial Solar Eclipse on the 1st of June at 11 Gemini. Eclipses ALWAYS shake things up. Their purpose is to explode and shatter obstructions to the Divine Plan of your life. This Astrological event will bring lessons in communication and spreading information. Sometimes the obstructions are very large and strong - and beyond our personal strength to deal with. As we clean-up the clutter in our lives, we are challenged to tap into our feelings and include them in conversations. This lunation cycle will associate us with people who have diverse ideas and force us to 'think outside of the box' as we look for alternative ways to answer our questions and solve our problems. On June 15th, the Full Moon and a Lunar Eclipse occur in Sagittarius and involves the need to release judgments that isolate us from others.. New doors of opportunity swing open to you as every Lunar Eclipse brings financial changes. It forces you to adjust to financial realities to change your thinking and your strategy. Also look for a redefinition of your image, personality and self-concept. You are forced to re-define yourself. Generally this produces wardrobe and image changes. You will present a new and better image to others. Mercury speeds through three constellations: Taurus, Gemini and Cancer, keeping you alert and drawing your thoughts to a variety of issues. Venus spends the first eight days in June in Taurus and then visits Gemini until July 2 adding a touch of class to your communication style. Mars is in Taurus through June 19th. Things may move at a slower pace than you prefer, and people can be stubborn. If you like to live in the fast lane, be patient! The pace will quicken when Mars enters Gemini on the 20th. Saturn goes direct in Libra on the 13th bringing in new experiences and lessons on how to handle your primary relationships more sensibly and effectively. :-) Jupiter enters Taurus early in the month. Jupiter's energy is usually beneficial, though of course its good vibrations can at times be taken too far. Jupiter is also considered the planet of excess and extravagance, so while it can cause you to be caught up in optimism that helps you look at the bright side of life, it can also influence you to live in a utopian fantasy world. Remember to look at the details. This month's New Moon occurs on the 1st at 4:03pm at Gemini and is very powerful for creating and achieving new goals. The Full Moon occurs on the 15th at 4:14pm in Sagittarius. A Full Moon occurs when the Sun and Moon are opposite each other and the light of the moon brings insights into what began at the New Moon! New doors of opportunity swing open to you at this eclipse. Pay attention! Happy Birthday Taurus and Gemini Natives!! May promises to be fairly harmonious, especially compared to all the hectic activity and misconnections that arose last month. This is a time for making solid progress in areas that are important to you. This month we move to an emphasis on Jupiter, the largest planet in our Solar System and the planet known for Good Luck, Personal Growth and Optimism. The New Moon in Taurus on the 3rd provides a calm center amid the storm of five planets in Aries - Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Uranus. Five of ten planets in Aries (the first sign of the Zodiac) provide a huge tailwind for breaking free from the past and discovering new ways to solve old problems. Aries is fire, cardinal and yang energy. It needs to move forward and continually break new ground. Mercury, Venus and Mars, all in Aries, make conjunctions to lovely Jupiter so relationships will be a major theme and sparks originality, optimism and audacity. Behaviors or practices that were formerly tolerable may now appear totally unacceptable. Big breakthroughs are possible, as well as big breakdowns. So, the month may start off a bit heated, but open and frank communication should lead to compromises which are mutually beneficial. Values grow clearer, and mental, emotional and physical tools are at hand to turn wild ideas into viable concepts. May is also the last month of the previous Eclipse cycle so whatever parts of your life came up for attention at the beginning of the year will be looking for resolution or completion this month. Eclipses are 'course correctors' and set the course for a new life in the part of your chart where the Eclipses fall. So, let go of the old and worn out, plant new seeds and prepare for exciting changes destined to come! :-) This month's New Moon occurs on the 3rd at 1:51am at 12° Taurus 31'. The New Moon reminds us to celebrate the joys being with each other. Where it falls in your chart is where are ready to bring new ideas into form and where a practical and sustained approach will be required to do so. The Full Moon is on the 17th at 26° Scorpio 13' at 7:09am. Both Taurus and Scorpio deal with money. Taurus with personal resources and Scorpio, with what we share with others. This Full Moon highlights the need for big changes in how we make a living. Many people work in jobs that have no bearing on their unique talents, enslaved to 'making a living' rather than living what they love. This Full Moon illuminates where we need to make a shift and urges you to make a change in your thinking and your attitude. As the Sun approaches Neptune on the 22nd, the veil between your ego and your higher self blends making it easier for you to trust your intuition. |
